Your substack is my new go-to for when I need to do my ‘reboot sequence’, which is as follows:

1. Graciously (or ungraciously) tell everyone to go away.

2. Change bedsheets

3. Turn off all lights, leave curtains open

4. Remove all clothes and get under covers

5. Listen to instrumental music on noise cancelling headphones for at least 60 minutes

6. Re-emerge like a butterfly out of a cocoon

Possibly TMI. But hey.
